I am a graduate of Biola University looking for opportunities to join a creative and bold team that uses the best practices of journalism to craft engaging stories. I am a multimedia storyteller and have worked at the New York Daily News and Palm Springs Life. I have covered crime, criminal court, healthcare, education, fashion and lifestyle.
My goal is to boldly and creatively pursue stories about people — they are truly interesting. To me, boldness comes with diving deep, getting personal on paper, asking hard questions and finding stories in unlikely places. Creativity includes engaging the reader with vivid descriptors and media while bringing the narrative to life. I intend to do this in my professional career.
